It is already 20 years ago, I went to Thailand as a foreign volunteer in my school days. It was a project to build a facility for minority people living in the mountains of Thailand, a monk tribe, but it was a valuable experience that is still unforgettable. I went from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, from there on the truck loading platform, steadily entered the mountain. When I arrived in the village of the Hmong, it was a truly undeveloped land without electricity, gas and water supply. Because the people of the Mong people who wore black black national costumes are Chinese people, they are clearly different in face from the Thai tribe, rather they are similar to Japanese. Although I stayed in the village for two weeks, I bathed in the river in the bath, and the meal was made by cooking Maki. Everything was culture shock, but eventually I got used to such a simple life and finally began to think that it looks like heaven. Surely, it seems that old Japan was like this. Also, it was a pleasure to be able to communicate with the people of the Hmong gradually, despite ethnicity being different.
